Undersized cable causes voltage drop, so the inverter sees a lower voltage than your battery is actually supplying. That can trigger low-voltage shutdowns under heavy loads like coffee machines, microwaves and power tools, and it makes the cable run hot. The 95mm² cable in this kit keeps voltage drop low and gives your inverter the current it needs to deliver its full rated output.

The 300A Mega fuse and holder protect the cable run between battery and inverter. If a short circuit occurs, the fuse blows before the cable can overheat, protecting your vehicle, caravan or boat as well as your gear.

The 1.5 m length suits the typical install, where the inverter is mounted close to the battery. Keeping the run short is best practice for high-current DC and gets the most out of your inverter.
