The Australian Army Cadets is a personal development program for young people, conducted by the Australian Army in cooperation with the community, which is designed to benefit the nation by developing the individual, their community and the Australian Army.

Recently 10 Army Cadet Unit situated at Southport on the Gold Coast purchased a new equipment trailer to support the cadets on weekend Bivouac’s throughout the year and during their Annual camp where 10ACU joins forces with all Queensland based Cadet Units and participate in competitions during the school holidays.

Here are just some of the activities the kids do throughout the year;

Enerdrive are proud to support and be associated with 10ACU and donated the electrical system for the new trailer which included, solar panels and charging regulator to keep the batteries charged, inverter to supply power for equipment,  battery monitoring and power outlets.

The Australian Army Cadets is a community-based youth development organisation focused on the Australian Army customs, traditions and values. As a cadet you’ll learn leadership, team building and survival skills that will set you up for life.
